Job Description

  1. Algorithm Development: Conduct technical research and development in the integration of large models and software engineering, exploring and optimizing technologies such as post-training, AI agents, and software analysis to solve practical problems in LLM4SE scenarios;
  2. Model Application: Apply algorithm models to various software development scenarios to achieve architectural upgrades in the development process;
  3. Technical Sharing: Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in academia and industry, exploring innovations in technology and business to enhance the team’s technical capabilities.

Job Requirements

  1. PhD degree expected in 2025, with a preference for majors related to artificial intelligence, software engineering, computer science, or human-computer interaction;
  2. Solid foundation in artificial intelligence, with leading work produced during your PhD and publications in top conferences such as ACL/EMNLP/NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR preferred;
  3. Understanding of fundamental theories in software engineering and programming languages, with publications in relevant top conferences (ICSE/FSE/ISSTA/ASE/PLDI/OOPSLA/ICFP/POPL/ECOOP, etc.) preferred;
  4. Excellent coding skills, strong background in data structures and algorithms, proficiency in one or more programming languages, with awards in ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, or Kaggle competitions preferred;
  5. Outstanding problem analysis and solving abilities, capable of deeply addressing challenges in large model training and application, with the ability to independently explore solutions;
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to explore new technologies with the team and drive technological advancement together.
